Chips:
Cut flour tortillas into shape of choice. Spread a thin layer of butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 450 for about 10 minutes.
Dip:
1 1/2 cups peeled and diced apple
2 Tablespoons peach or apricot jam
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix together and serve with cinnamon chips.
