Turning the first snow of the season into ice cream was a super fun activity!
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5 cups clean snow
Whip cream to stiff peaks. Fold in sugar, vanilla and snow (we needed a bit more snow, and then a bit more sugar). Serve immediately.
That is a great recipe and something fun to do with cooking and nature! Thanks for the idea!!
