First mix up the filling:
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Then take 1 package of won ton wrappers and cut with a shaped cookie cutter (optional).
Fill the center with filling, leaving the perimeter clear. Using egg white as glue, paint all around the edges, and place a second wrapper over the top. Seal well, making sure there is no air trapped inside.
Once they are all finished check the seals, then one at a time into a pot of boiling water. (I cooked in batches of 6 at a time). Cook about 3 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the water. Be sure the water is still boiling and cook your next batch until you are finished. Serve with marinara sauce and parsley for garnish.
I used store bought sauce and added 4 cloves of minced garlic, house seasoning about 1 cup of cream and some parmesan cheese to make mine.
