Tide Pools


We finally made it out to Rosario Beach Tide Pools this week! It was perfect timing because the boys and I have been studying Swimming Creatures this year.  And the last two weeks specifically, mollusks and echinoderms. We checked the tide charts online, but still ended up being there at the high end of low tide, so we didn’t see anything exciting like nudibranchs

We didn’t see any sea stars, but that is ok because we were blessed to see a ton when we were whale watching awhile back!

And we even got to hold some at Sea World a few months after that:
