Spinach Artichoke Dip



6 oz marinated artichoke hearts, chopped  {We like Kirkland brand from Costco)
10 oz frozen spinach {thawed and well drained}
1 brick cream cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
3 minced garlic cloves

Mix well and pour into a small baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees.

I do have to say I tasted it before it baked and it was delicious. I did not like it warm, but once it cooled again I loved it!

  1. We love spinach artichoke dip. We eat it with bread, crackers or tortilla chips whatever we happen to have on hand. Delicious appetizer! We have it at many family gatherings b/c one of our family is vegetarian.
