Grandma loves to send my children gifts, but simplicity-loving-me doesn't love an abundance of toys, so we have found a compromise. We started requesting insect kits from Insect Lore. She gets to send gifts the kids LOVE, and we get to learn something instead of end up with more plastic!
Here are the ladybugs and butterflies we've done so far:
We've also raised some not so beautiful insects(meal worms, crickets, ants), but I'll spare you the pictures of those!
