When we did our study on India to learn more about Ajit's home,
we tried Chai tea, the way our culture book said it is served in India.
I'm not sure if it is authentic but it is delicious, and we have been
hooked ever since!
For
us it HAS to be Bigelow brand Decaf Spiced Chai tea. We brew it, just
as with any tea, then stir in a tablespoon of sweetened, condensed
milk. Delicious!
