Homemade Crunchwraps

I have a secret... 
I kind of love Taco Bell. 
And I recently went through a Cruchwrap addiction.
They are just as delicious as the ones at Taco Bell, but much healthier and cheaper too!
I start with a warm flour tortilla. 
Spread a layer or refried beans (Homemade or canned) on half. {We tried doing them full sized like the ones at Taco Bell but they ended up much messier, especially for the children, so half is much easier to handle}.
Then a layer of taco meat
Some shredded cheddar cheese,
Then half a crunchy tostada shell.
I cover that with sour cream
And last but not least, some chopped up lettuce.
Fold the tortilla back over it and enjoy!

*Some members of our family also add hot sauce

  1. I love Taco Bell too. During our stay at the hospital... I've grown to love their grilled chicken cantina bowl. Yummy!

    I'm even learning how to make it myself. :D
