The sign- A square piece of cardboard covered with white gift wrap (actually the back of gift wrap), then I adhered a 12x12 piece of scrapbook paper. I cut out a 3 from white cardstock and made a billion white tissue paper flowers, then hot glued the center of each one on the 3.
The cups-Jam jars with stripes of pretty scrapbook paper. On the plaid I also punched out flowers and butterflies and glued them on.

Garland- I freehanded a butterfly and a flower and cut a bunch of each out. I layered the flowers, and put a tiny punched out flower in the middle, then attached to a ribbon.
Plates-I dressed up paper party plates with doilies to make them special.
I made a dozen paper butterflies to tape to the walls in various spots.

This is beautiful! What a special day for your little girl, and how blessed she is to have a mommy who puts all that love into her party! :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous work! I love the doilies on the paper plates. That DOES add such a nice touch. You clearly put a lot of thought and work into this party and I'm sure your daughter very much appreciated it.
ReplyDeleteI love how simple, yet beautiful your decor is! What a special day for your little girl! You did a great job!
ReplyDeletePS...Do you live in Navy housing on Whidbey? Your place looks exactly like where my SIL used to live, LOL!
Angel,
ReplyDeleteWow! What a special party. It's so fun to see your pix since we had our daughter's (2) butterfly birthday last Friday! The decorations and everything look just beautiful. And those cupcakes are impressive. Great job!
