Today was the day I made MY cookies. Everyone knows and loves these cookies that I usually give out every year, this year I went low key, and made these with a sweet friend and we made brownies as well. It just wouldn’t be Christmas without M&M cookies
Angel’s Chocolate Chip Cookies
*½ cup sugar and ½ cup brown sugar (or 1 cup succanat to replace both sugars)
*¾ cups softened butter (1 ½ sticks)
*1 egg
1 1/3 cups rolled oats
1 1/3 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup choc chips
½ cup white choc chips

They're pretty! Do you just swap the two different sorts of chocolate chips for the M&Ms? I love things with oats in them, so I might just try these (especially since chocolate chips were on special offer the other week and I've now got loads)
